Las mujeres contribuyen a la investigaci\u00f3n teol\u00f3gica\ny est\u00e1n presentes en puestos de responsabilidad en instituciones vinculadas a la Iglesia, la Curia diocesana y la Curia Romana. Hay mujeres que ejercen funciones de autoridad o son l\u00edderes de comunidades. Esta Asamblea hace un llamamiento a la plena aplicaci\u00f3n de todas las oportunidades ya previstas en la legislaci\u00f3n vigente en relaci\u00f3n con la funci\u00f3n de la mujer, en particular en los lugares donde a\u00fan no se han implementado.<\/span><span>&nbsp;No hay nada que impida que las mujeres desempe\u00f1en funciones de liderazgo en la Iglesia: lo que viene del Esp\u00edritu Santo no puede detenerse. Tambi\u00e9n sigue abierta la cuesti\u00f3n del acceso de las mujeres al ministerio diaconal y es necesario proseguir con el discernimiento a este respecto.&nbsp;<\/span><span>La Asamblea pide
