"What difference would it make [if women were deacons]? It would be like night and day in terms of feeling how much I'm accepted and loved in the church. To know I could be part of the most important moments of people's lives would be game-changing for me and probably to lots of other young Catholic women too. Having women present in leadership at Mass would truly reveal the importance of women in the church."
